Writers ADVANCE! Boot Camp 2014 will take place February 21-23, 2014 at the beautiful Billy Graham Training Center, The Cove, Asheville, NC.
Writers Advance! is not a level of writing – rather it’s a battle cry. As writers God calls us to step up and ADVANCE not fall back and retreat. We are called together to focus our hearts on the task Christ assigned us…to strengthen our ties with one another and hone our craft so that we might effectively spread the Word of God.

I’ve been counting my pennies for months now. I had a fabulous time last year and can’t wait to return.
Does anyone know if there will be recordings of the sessions for those who cannot attend? I would love to purchase them! It’s not possible for me to come this year, even tho’ it seems to be just what I need! Thanks!
We will be making mp3 recordings for the conference. Conferees will be able to purchase these for $10. Non-conferees will be able to purchase them for a limited time for $45. I am really looking forward to attending for the first time! Preparing for it, and praying about “divine appointments”.
One week away and I am more excited by the day. I am looking forward to what my second year of Boot Camp will bring. In one year many changes have occured in my style of writing. I appreciate in every lesson learned while writing children’s books. This year I am returning with a new goal as I go now to learn not only to write for others to read, but to write and learn to speak on those words that God has blessed me with. The rejections of submissions were positive redirection. Studying and gaining knowledge and wisdom, with my own personal experiences. will help others heal from childhood sexual abuse. as I share. I am anxious to learn even more of how to put His healing words out to those who need it. God bless you all for giving me this opportunity. Praying for all those involved.

Now I’m in a “meditative” mode for a few days. God filled my cup full at the 2013 Boot Camp. Every class, every keynote speaker, the music, the attendees, and the leadership all added to my personal encouragement. All those eager faces brightened my life. Thank you, Cindy and Eddie, for the amazing conference. Many volunteers also contributed to the conference planning and execution. I’m grateful to be part of this committed group of writers. I hope some of you will connect with me via email. We’ll encourage one another in fulling God’s Call…and our response…SEND ME.
